New York based photojournalist Robert Gerhardt will have a portfolio of his works from documenting Burmese refugees living in Thailand. This body of work describes the plight that this people are facing currently by being displaced from their homeland. This portfolio has unique significance to Fort Wayne since this community has the second largest Burmese population in the United Sates. This exhibition offers the campus and community a unique perspective of the current world. Gerhardt has been generous in donating this portfolio of 46 silver gelatin prints to the School of Creative Arts for educational purposes.
